Autumnal eats are warming, comforting, grounding – and oh-so-delicious. Not to mention, changing your diet with the seasons can be beneficial for energy, immunity, and general wellbeing. Embrace the change; join Amanda Skrip, natural foods chef and health coach, as she demonstrates simple recipes featuring fall fare (think squashes, brussels sprouts, parsnips, and the like) that will be easy to recreate in your own kitchen.
