green gulp

You may have brought in the New Year with a champagne flute, but now is the time to trade the bubbly for a glass of green goodness! Green smoothies are all the rage these days; they are a welcome alternative to the usual salad, and are a great way for leafy green haters to get their daily dose.

This is my go-to green smoothie when I’m feeling off balance or just want to supercharge my day. This tastes best when all the ingredients are cold. If you are new to green smoothies, and want to ease into you might want to try this fruity favorite first. This cleansing drink tastes fresh, bright and clean: it’s pretty much health in a glass.

I promise after a few sips of this detoxifying green drink, you will be ready to tackle all of your resolutions with gusto.
